To secure your spot on Life as Art Retreat, complete the registration form (request form here) and submit your $500 USD non-refundable deposit within 3-5 days. 50% of the remaining balance is due by July 28, 2023. Your retreat balance must be paid in full by August 28, 2023. Payments are accepted via check, cash, Zelle or credit card, the latter with additional 3.5% fee.
The first 6 to register will receive a complimentary 1-hour Traditional Balinese Massage during the retreat!

Cancellation Policy:
Your initial $500 USD deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you cancel by informing us in writing by email to [email protected] by September 1, 2023, your retreat payment will be refunded minus $1060 for shared occupancy or minus $1565 for single occupancy registrants. Your nonrefundable deposit is included in these amounts. If you cancel after September 1, there are no refunds. You are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance, in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
